Anthony's breakfast concoction

  • little butter
  • cup of water
  • onion
  • celery
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 4 oz of kielbasa
  • tablespoon of curry powder
  • ¼ tsp cloves, powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • garlic
  • ¼ cup of cheddar
  • 2 eggs


  1. Dump the butter and water in a pan and heat it up, so the butter melts.
  2. Chop up onion and celery. A 2:1 ratio in favour of onion for taste, 1:2 in favour of celery for carbs. You decide.
  3. Drop in onion, celery and spinach
  4. While this is cooking on med high heat, chop up the kielbasa
  5. Add kielbasa, curry powder, cloves, ginger, cayenne, chilli powder and cinnamon
  6. If you want garlic and/or cheddar, then chuck that in now. Remember to chop the garlic finely.
  7. Scramble the eggs into the mix
  8. Serve and eat
